Below you will find the steps to become a licensed Real Estate Agent. Once you become licensed there are some dues/fees that the local MLS and Wisconsin Realtor Association will require you to pay.

Being a Real Estate Agent is a small monetary investment in your future, but a large step towards financial freedom.

Pre-License Salesperson Course

There are several approved Salesperson Courses out there! I took the WRA course for $345.00. Most courses are self-pace, and online that you can do from home. Shop around, and find the one you' like the best!

Licensing Exam

Pearson Vue is who offers the Real Estate Sales Exam. The test centers are at most Technical Colleges, and have several different times and dates available. The current cost of the exam is $64.00.

Licensure

Next step - applying for licensure through the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services! The current fee for credentialing is $60.00.
